REPORTING INFRINGEMENT

If you believe content on TechChimney infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice through our Contact page including the following information: 1. Your full legal name and contact information 2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed 3. The specific URL on TechChimney where the allegedly infringing content appears 4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner 5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf 6. Your electronic or physical signature

RESPONSE PROCESS

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice we will: – Review the claim promptly – Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the claim is valid – Notify the content provider of the removal – Provide a counter-notice process for disputed claims

COUNTER-NOTICE

If you believe content was removed in error you may submit a counter-notice through our Contact page. We will restore removed content within 10-14 business days of receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complainant seeks a court order.

REPEAT INFRINGERS

TechChimney reserves the right to terminate accounts or access for repeat copyright infringers.
