Your full legal name and contact information 2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed 3. The specific URL on TechChimney where the allegedly infringing content appears 4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner 5. RESPONSE PROCESS
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice we will: – Review the claim promptly – Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the claim is valid – Notify the content provider of the removal – Provide a counter-notice process for disputed claims
COUNTER-NOTICE
If you believe content was removed in error you may submit a counter-notice through our Contact page. We will restore removed content within 10-14 business days of receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complainant seeks a court order.
REPEAT INFRINGERS
TechChimney reserves the right to terminate accounts or access for repeat copyright infringers.
